Using a grand entry way with elongated windows creates a welcoming, yet grand feeling to the home. The rooms have been designed with a modern, yet homely touch, incorporating contrasting tones for a warm feeling but large expanses of glass for a luxe look. The outdoor cabana and alfresco area is a perfect setting for relaxing days by the pool and an entertainers paradise for family events. With the implementation of basement parking we ensured we made use of the land incorporating extensive walkways, large bedrooms, powder rooms, a kitchen and lounge/dining areas. The greatest touch of all is the extensive storage options with a dedicated shoe walk-in robe. Located in south-west of Sydney, this project was completed under Bankstown City Council.
